The first half of this article is a bit bland to me. It's not bad, just a little plain. The images are good, though, and the industrial sector is pretty unique. I also like the mention of rocky terrarian stretching for miles before reaching an endless wall of houses. I wish this got more development because it sounds interesting. The Elites are interesting, but the way they're presented in this article makes them feel a little out of place and gimmicky. That said, I really like how they are presented in the Dear Humanity article.
I think this level would work better if there was more of a focus on the Elites being very menacing and shadowy, to express how oppressing it is to be around them, especially to work for them. I think that would work well against the bizarre and surreal characterization they have in Dear Humanity, which could be crosslinked. Also, I think that the focus on producing anomalies should be lessened in favor of the focus on characterizing the elites, because the anomalies thing feels too similar to Dr Wondertainment from SCP, and Amazing Co from RPC.
Also, this article has some issues with run-on sentences. It also has a lot of the superficial videogame stuff, like day-night cycles and a hunger system, which I'm not a big fan of.
