Fixed the basset fraizer index

The basset fraizer index was 4.5/5. This was incorrect so I changed it to 1.667/5 as well as updated the basset fraizer index description.

REMINDER: To get the correct basset fraizer index, you must add the difficulty, entity count, and chaos gradient and then divide the sum by 3. Any articles that do not follow this rule will be corrected by me.

I assume Generic3 is responsible for the concept of this level, based on the history. Just wanted to say this one's my favorite, the most chilling to date, I'd say. Great work to all involved!

"The Ballroom
The Ballroom is a large room at the end of the hallway. This room contains about 2 dozen headless mannequins. When they are not being looked at, they cause a sense of being watched. The ballroom also has a constant noise of 1940s ballroom music. Staying in this room for an extended period of time can cause mental deterioration and permanent memory loss."
